This special event features a four-course meal by Chef Patrick Hudgins, perfectly paired with wines presented by renowned winemakers Manu Michelini and Eric Railsback. The evening is organized in partnership with Vine Bottleshop and Wes Taylor of Burg Wine Limited, promising an unforgettable night.
Tickets: $125 per person (including tax and gratuity).

Manuel “Manu” Michelini is the founder of Dominio del Gabilanes, a winery located in Labastida, Rioja, Spain. With deep roots in viticulture, Manu was encouraged by his father to explore winemaking globally. His journey led him to prestigious French wineries, including:
• Chisa Bize (Savigny-Les-Beaune)
• Domaine de la Borde (Jura)
• Pierre & Olivier Clape (Cornas)
• Jean-Marc Roulot (Meursault)
These experiences have profoundly influenced his winemaking approach, blending traditional Rioja techniques with modern innovations to craft terroir-driven wines.
Eric Railsback
Eric Railsback’s journey in the wine industry began in Santa Barbara, where he honed his skills at The Wine Cask and The Hungry Cat. His passion led him to further his expertise in Burgundy, France, before returning to the U.S. to work as a sommelier and eventually launch Railsback Frères Wines. Eric’s approach is rooted in creating wines that showcase authentic terroir and balance.
